Satmar - Arrest #2

Well not actually an arrest....he turned himself in to the NYPD. NYPOST: A Hasidic man who was caught on videotape spraying a member of a rival faction in the face with a fire extinguisher surrendered to police in Brooklyn yesterday on charges stemming from the Satmar spritzing. Disturbing photos of the Oct. 25 confrontation at a Williamsburg synagogue appeared in The Post yesterday, hours before Moses Wertheimer's arrest. Chaim Roth, the victim and a member of the Satmar faction loyal to Rabbi Zalmen Teitelbaum, said he was attacked without provocation. "I came in the morning to the synagogue to pray before anybody," Roth said. Wertheimer, he claimed, broke down the door, jumped on him, punched and sprayed him full in the face..... Roth, 38, and his father, Meir, 60, are members of the faction that wants the Teitelbaum's older brother, Zalmen, to succeed their late father, Grand Rabbi Moses Teitelbaum......
