TJN: A developer today pleaded not guilty in Ramapo Justice Court on charges of running a preschool out of a trailer on the construction site of a yeshiva on Grandview Avenue... attorney for Mosdos Chofetz Chaim entered the plea on behalf of his client, who was not present for his arraignment before Judge Sam Colman..... set a July 24 trial date. The town cited the developer for operating without a site plan and a certificate of occupancy. The town's zoning board rejected the developer's appeal last week........
