It's 101 not 911!!!

INN: Cell phone stickers with the number "101" to be called in case of emergency are being distributed to American yeshiva students and to foreign residents in Israel. The stickers glow in the dark.The campaign by Hatzalah Yisrael is being conducted after it was discovered that many Americans have tried calling "911" in emergencies, the number used in the U.S., instead of "101" used in Israel.
